This is an old one, from the earliest Luma Lane times. Sennen, who were my band then, played it live and recorded it with me. We did the latter with Owen Turner at The Sickroom. That was a long while ago. I remember looking at the magazine cut-outs pasted on the walls and fancying Bjork moved. Coffee, roll-ups, the smell of carpet. Slower is called Slower to remind ourselves to play it slowly. We had more patience back then. Even Sennen's songs - and they like their ten minute epics - are more direct and poppy than this now. I can barely believe I wrote Slower. It's so slow.
